Joan was Charlie and Mabel's youngest.

Shirley

Shirley is Joan's eldest daughter.  She has had five children and one grandchild.

Peter

Peter is Joan's second child and only son.  He has had two daughters and a grandson.

Peter reports:

This Simmons Beach picture includes Ken, David, Peter and Alan Brownbill (then 17 and in the RAAF and a flying student).  Alanis now in 'dignified retirement' and still flying Angel Flights among others.

THE LAST OF A GENERATION

Ken Cooper, Joan's husband, died on 14 August 2020.  he was the last of that generation.  He was aged 97.  Attached is a tribute to Ken, prepared by Jim Charlesworth.
