BELOW: The garden is such a picture at present. It gives us great joy. These are shots from the side garden. We are particularly pleased with the 'vertical wall garden' which has dozens of strawberries, herbs and flowers.

BELOW: Harvest season. Don't you love that fresh food?
It keeps on coming - mulberries, tomatoes, raspberries, various kinds of apples, quinces,nashies, plums, pears, cumquats, herbs too numerous to list, three kinds of peaches, cherries, passionfruit, nectarines, apricots, lemons, limes ... and so on.
On one occasion Charlie vomited up 14 nectarine stones.
